I have been Dr. Vu's patient for about 28 years. I started coming to him when he was the only Rheumatologist in the northeast area. I can't count the number of medications and injections I have been on. The medications take several months before they really start to work . “I dont see why theres alot of 1 stars, to be honest management is amazing both connor and barbi are amazing and any issues i had it was taken care of, they were very friendly and family oriented which made everything feel homey, one thing that sucks is that they added towing to the complex, but everything like the apartment and it has a garage which i cant complain like everything here is great been living her almost 2 yrs and still living here so yeah it still get a 5 star from me only cons i have is towing and the rent sky rocketing from inflation which is a con for me id understand 50 to 100 dollars but yeah thats the only things but the rest is great”

“This Burger Box is always on point and consistent in the quality of food and service. The only downfall is the wait time but now a days most food service places are short staffed. We normally get the bacon cheese burgers. I recommend them. It's a bit of nostalgia from my childhood, growing up in West Texas going to the burger place on payday with my parents. “Let's start by saying I am a big ol' mess and they fixed it. From my skin issue to my pharmacy mess-up they were great. I see Caitlin and she is very thorough and listens to every word you say. Her assistant/nurse is great too. I usually see Dr. Miller and I highly recommend him as well. Overall this is a compassionate, meticulous and wonderful office. Also, I find it amazing that I've never waited more than 15 minutes considering how much time they took with just me.”

“My wife & I live in California and we met a land agent from No Fence Land Co. named Brandon Azuelo over a year ago from a referral through a coworker. Brandon drove out to meet us in Ft. Worth and he spent several hours educating us as to the state of affairs in Texas and how he could help. We kept in contact for over a year as we prepped and sold our house out of state. When the time came we picked two ranches we liked and flew to Texas to meet Brandon and he had both properties set up for viewing. We all had breakfast together and he brought his truck and ATV for the tour. I can't tell you how nice it was to see he had thought to pack his cooler with water for us as we were not used to the heat. He even had a drone to get us better aerial views and a GPS linked I-pad so we would see where we were at on the property! On the way to the first property Brandon informed us of a new property that just went on sale that morning. Frankly, I thought it was a "sales tactic" at first. We toured and loved the first property and were already calculating how to squeeze this property into our budget. We then toured and hated the second property. We agreed to drive an hour away to see the new listing since property #2 was a bust. About 30 seconds after we started the tour of the new property, my wife and I looked at each other and we already knew THIS was the one! Every foot we went deeper into the woods just made it better and better. By the end of the tour we were ready to do like we do where we're from and prepare an "over asking" offer. Brandon put the brakes on that real quick. He said he needed a few days to research comps and come up with a realistic offer. We flew home and were on pins and needles for several days. Brandon let us know the property was way over priced and we came up with an offer range that was more realistic. We thought it was too low but our first offer was immediately accepted. Brandon had a chance to make a significantly bigger commission by taking advantage of out of state buyers. He did not. He proved his integrity and professionalism when it mattered most. We now own what is to us the most magnificent ranch in Texas and we couldn't have done it without Brandon's patience, research and integrity. I never had a question he couldn't answer and he was available at almost anytime of the day or night to communicate with us. We wholeheartedly recommend Brandon and No Fences Land Company to help you find your land anywhere in the Southwest. We will happily recommend him to our personal friends and ONLY use him for any land endeavors in the future.
