“Harbor hospice has been in our home from the very first morning I called them several months ago... our main nurse and case manager Angela, is incredibly sweet, professional, and so caring... I've met a few other nurses from Harbor, who also were incredible. Krystal comes every week day to help w mom, from showering, lotion, brushing her teeth and so much more... she was become part of our family and we love her. These last few days with mom, are incredibly hard, but these super great women have helped us get through the most difficult times. Harbor hospice also have some great people like the volunteers and others... I highly recommend these people , thank you, Cary”

“I agree with the other people front desk is one star at best😒. you may ask why did I give a four-star review then well I do believe that nice and hard working people do not deserve to be represented by the bad attitude of one person. I like to start with praise to the billing department Veronica who was very helpful, the scheduler a gentleman very accommodating .Erin the tech was very thorough and kind made us very comfortable. the only issue that I had is not even necessarily a issue itself is the way that he was handled by the front desk person. reading the other reviews I can see that she's definitely a common denominator, so management I think it's easy to sort out where the Feedback is heavily oriented to . when we arrived the young lady went over payment. I had previously spoken with a billing representative regarding a hSA,the specifics, my portion of the payment and we had a great call .no problem whosoever it's still a business it still needs to run and I am okay with that. A young lady however did had an issue with that .she withheld my card and began making phone calls I understand that she still need to get her information on her end and she's since she said no notes were added i didnt mind. I asked her if she could just go ahead and process my card because we had other appointments to make , that way the process could still run smoothly by the time that he was done with his procedure she might have heard back from billing if not on the worst case scenario she still had my payment.so it was a win win and I could square out the details later on .she told me that she could not let proceed  his procedure because everything needed to be cleared up before he went in, and that the tech was going to check for payment can you believe that? Mind you shes the one still stalling i had offered to pay. At this point since she is not understanding my point that I do not mind paying and And since she still stuck and not letting my son continue until she hears back from billing .I offered to call billing myself and help her out. I did that and just as I anticipated there was no issue at all the billing person veronica that was very nice and she offered to call back the young lady and explain to her that it was actually very simple and she was complicating things out of nothing. She seemed to be ignoring me even though I was standing in front of her so I asked her can you please run my card and give it back to me please. she did so without saying yes ,no okay, nothing .another co-worker walked up to her and she began a conversation of a gossip nature while she still was processing my transaction handed back my card and said" here you go". We went and had the procedure it was great when we left I asked her if she needed anything from us she said "no" ,and nothing else not warm goodbye no thank you, nothing at this point I even wonder if that lady has those worse on her vocabulary. the first two people that I spoke with regarding Prime Diagnostics don't actually work at this office and we're very nice when I got the reminder call for my appointment the lady was very dry now that I come to think it was probably her. Now because I have to use my insurance a lot I am very educated about how does it work .however this might not be the case for a lot of people and running into a rude not helping person, condescending . is not a nice fit for any business. I will continue to come back because of the great prices and the overall experience with the rest of the other people but I definitely encourage management to put some training on the people at the front desk they are the face of your business .as I said I also work for a living and I'm a patient person that's why I decided not to give this a low score because of the hard-working amazing people that work There as well, but they might be others who would just genuinely not give this business not a second look based on the front desk  experience. Thanks.”

“I met Dr. Daniels after a severe injury to my ankle. He assessed the problem I had and said I was a good candidate for surgery. But he wanted to try more conservative, non-interventional treatment options first. His methods and patience worked and my ankle healed without me having to endure surgery!”
