(September 24, 2021, 1:08 pm)I dropped off my Jeep Cherokee at this location and was surprised by the extreme professionalism and great customer service I received!!! Sabrina at the front desk is amazing, she has snacks and fancy waters. And Marcus was thorough in his estimate and explaining the repair process to me and even though my vehicle was a total loss, I know he did all he could to save it with State Farm., State Farm was a nightmare to deal with during the entire total loss process but the customer service at Joe Hudson is what made it better. I will definitely go back if I ever need collision repair again, hopefully I wont lol.
