Came to Pro Rv all the way from Oregon! what a wonderful staff, very helpful exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. my husband and I will definitely recommend this business it was well worth the trip! loved the no hassle and Texas hospitality. 😉

Emailed a service request after hours and within 90 minutes I had a personal message to call when they opened the next morning and ask for Steve. Called Steve (the Service Manager) and he said to bring my coach right in. The Shop Foreman, Chris, personally attended to the replacement of an air conditioning shroud lost in a wind storm and changed the generator oil and all filters at my request. They even addressed a third issue I discovered later that day. They showed me a work-around that will enable me to address the problem when I return home to Florida later this summer. A very friendly and professional staff.
