Chris is great at helping to motivate others. He is genuine and authentic and brings a lot of energy to everything he does. If you are looking to get better emotionally or physically he is the person for you. As a colleague I have enjoyed collaborating together and getting to first-hand experience the passion and growth he helps others achieve.
I signed up with the online program at Missimo Motivation and was very pleased with it, I hope to sign up again in the near future. Chris is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing, he really cares about his clients. He is always reaching for success and growth, which in turn was a motivational point to me. He will help you in every area possible! The program that I followed wasn’t some crazy plan, it was super simple and easy to follow and very detailed. I would most definitely recommend his services to anyone.

From the moment I met Chris Missimo professionally three years ago, I was inspired! His energy and professionalism come from a place of hard work, dedication and overcoming so many obstacles in life! He is also I coach in life and in the gym. I recently started working out with him. His workouts are intense and really focuses on customizing a workout to address the areas of need for each client. I can't wait for our next workout and opportunity to be motivated by his inspirational coaching! I highly recommend him as a counselor and a coach! Great guy!
Chris is an amazing trainer! He has helped me this past year lose over 40+ and pack on some muscle. Also, helping me gain knowledge on how to be lean and eat healthier. Because it’s not about dieting but learning and understanding what you are eating.
