“I have been searching for the right therapist for a couple of months. Rayne, is one of the few that quickly responded to a voicemail, setting a time for a phone conversation. I wasn't able to work with her (unfortunately) due to insurance purposes and travel distance, but she did direct me to a website and gave me helpful information and guided me in the right direction for finding a therapist. I wish I could've have worked with her. She seems to have a very genuine personality.”

My anxiety can be off the charts when I go but they really take good care of me and help me to call down (I didn't even need the laughing gas). They are very understanding and patient with me. The instructors are incredible - every class is unique because the instructors create their own yoga flows. Each instructor has their own style - I love the variety and it keeps me challenged. I have found my time at Inspire to be the most well-rounded yoga workouts I've had in my 20+ years of yoga practice. The location itself is terrific: immaculately clean bathrooms with showers, excellent yoga props/equipment, and a large yoga room with plenty of space for your practice. Best of all is the atmosphere - the staff and students are all super friendly and welcoming.”

“Pure Barre Colleyville is such a great workout. I am working on toning, strength, and overall fitness. This has been the perfect workout routine. Instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. The challenges are fun. I look forward to class and try to attend about 4-5 times a week to the classic class. The unlimited plan is affordable and worth it. There is a nice variety of clothes and socks, etc. out front to explore and purchase for part of the experience.”
