“If you read this, I'm not sure where the "long wait" or "unpleasant staff" comes from because that's just not so! We rarely wait more than 20 minutes, and everyone is kind, namely Dr. Basu. He was an absolute Godsend for my family. Our son claimed of pain no one could find for eight long years. High school was ruined because it. One day, at another urgent care clinic, some wonderful nurse recommended Dr. Basu and he discovered Fibromyalgia. The man was an angel for us. He was SO thorough, thoughtful, caring, and assured our son he was only going to feel better from here. Three months later, we have our son back. Thank you for Dr. Basu AND his wonderful team! “I have been coming to Dr Oliver for several years and he is amazing. But behind every great Doctor is a great team and let me tell you Sonia the office manager is absolutely amazing to work with. She knows her stuff, she is kind and caring and really works with patients to develop a treatment plan that works for them. She makes sure you understand by her thorough explanations and the time she takes with each and every patient. She has had to of been in the industry a long time because she is so smart and knowledgeable about the procedures and makes sure your well prepared for surgery. She is an excellent Manager who truly cares about the patients. I just love everyone at Dr Oliver’s office but especially Sonia and Dr Oliver. Dr Oliver is very sweet, gentle and the best dentist I have been to. What he’s done to improve my smile is priceless. “This was my first visit at Dr. Kings office and my first impression is that his staff is efficient and courteous as well as Dr. King himself. He was very prompt in trying to facilitate and coordinate with his pathologist regarding how to obtain oral biopsy or confer with pathologist if biopsy is needed at all based on photos sent to pathologist. Turns out his pathologist is suggesting a biopsy and they just want to make sure they have all the equipment and things needed to do this particular biopsy and so I will be following up whenever he gets the needed equipment to be able to do the biopsy. His efficiency and professionalism was noted. Thank you to Dr. King and I would recommend anyone to consult with Dr. King for anything that he might be able to help them with within his specialty.”

“I love Dr. Harrell. I’ve only seen her twice but I’m always so happy to make an appointment with her. She’s very nonjudgmental and takes your health/illness very seriously. Both times I have seen her she’s very willing to work with you and your own comfort as far as medications, tests or plans without pushing anything unnecessary or undesired. She’s super comforting and makes a note to keep you call in otherwise uncomfortable positions. Overall I see her as a very professional, thorough doctor who is immensely easy and nice to speak with. And for another note, I’ve been seeing doctors at MaxHealth for probably around 15 years. It’s a great office filled with great doctors and they’re all amazing to see so you won’t go wrong here! But definitely choose to come in for Dr. Harrell if given the chance!!”

My only problem with Max Health is the fact that you don’t get a provider assigned to you, but since all the ones I have interacted with so far have been great, I really don’t mind it.
