She listened, she responded, she was in a good mood, and she even emailed me details on how to set up our company on their Web Portal from permitting. Usually I get representatives who seem to be annoyed that I called or bothered by me having more than one question. Not only did she start the experience off with giving me the address, she even explained how to get there once I exited HWY 26. She then was very polite and helpful the entire visit.
