First of all, Jack, Sheila and Garrett are professional real estate agents. I have used Listing Results to sell two homes in the past three years. Savings from commission put over $18,000 in my pocket. Savings from their listing advice, full service contract review and representation saved me even more. Frankly, even an inexperienced homeowner selling their home would find their service educational, easy and effective. Having sold many homes with brokers and FSBO, it's easy to say that Listing Results beats them all hands down. I'll be using their service for every real estate transaction in the future and you should too.

So not only can you save a TON of money working with Jack and Sheila, but they were absolute life-savers when we had problems with the funding from our buyers. Their years of experience are invaluable. Be ready to do a lot of the work on your own - but that's completely reasonable for the service they offer and their price point. For most people, that's all you'll ever need. But when the chips were down for us and it wasn't going well - they were both there to step in and give us great guidance. We are huge fans.
