Update: More than 1 year later, I just can't seem to forget this awesome service.
After some research, I decided to sign up with Jack and Sheila with Listing Results as my real estate seller agent.
It was a good decision because my home sold in 14 days, and closed in 30 days.
All the information and educational videos and documentation I needed as a home seller was made available online by Listing Results, LLC.
Overall, I saved about 3% in closing costs and learned a lot since I had no previous experience as a home seller.
Jack and Sheila helped me sell my home with their flat fee program & we saved a ton of our hard earned equity! We compared other companies and are relieved we picked the best one! Service through the roof, all questions answered just a great experience. No idea why anyone would sell any other way. DON'T SELL UNLESS YOU USE JACK AT FLAT FEE GROUP! THEY ARE THE BEST!
I wanted to share my experience with Jack and Sheila of Listing Results. Keep in mind that if you use their service, you need to plan on doing a lot of the leg work yourself.
This service is catered towards for sale by owner customers. Meaning you want to sell your home yourself and have to do most of the work yourself. The largest benefit of using their service in my opinion was them listing my property on MLS, reviewing the offers with me, and the viewing scheduling service where agents have to schedule to view your property ahead of time. I was still living in my home when it went on the market so this service was essential.
You cannot expect Jack and Sheila to do the same amount of work as if you hired a real estate agent who gets paid on average 3% of the sale price of your home. They provide good service for amount they charge. I was glad to pay their prices versus paying another real estate agent 1-3% commission.
I also want to note that I am proactive, complete paperwork easily, can upload and sign documents electronically, can communicate effectively with all parties, and ensure things get done on time. I also did my own research online throughout the process. I searched google for things like “how to sell your home without an agent” and read a lot of articles and blogs. Their service was great for someone like me and I saved thousands of dollars using their service.
Jack and Sheila were honest and no they do not sugar coat anything. I appreciated that. You just simply can’t receive the same service from them as you would if you hired another real estate agent that does everything for you but requires more commission. If that was possible Jack and Sheila would put other real estate agents out of business.
I accepted a really good offer and went into contract the first day on the market. We closed about 30 days later with no issues. I hope sharing my experience helps, happy selling!
I don't like Starred reviews, Google and all review platforms should remove the stars and force consumers to read the comments.
I don't know why some people gave these guys a bad review, I am not here to judge, but I have my assumptions that may be these consumers were expecting too much from ListingResults.
When you sell your own home, without an agent, you are basically your own agent. Listing Results isn't going to be your agent. So you can't expect them to do what a agent is supposed to do. Their job isn't to sell your home, it's to post it for you on MLS etc, for a heck of a lot cheaper than an agent and if an offer comes in, discuss that offer with you. Period. If you expect more, then get an agent, don't use them.
I posted my townhome with them, sold it in a matter of 2 weeks. It was flawless. I had multiple offers, they discussed them with me over the phone, Jack did that with me. I priced my own home.
Here is how to know how cheap it was: When my Title company finalized the papers, they mistakenly put ListingResults as my agent, and the commission to them was written as $4900. The title company ofcourse corrected that before the sale was final. I only paid $549 to Listing Results. So I literally saved almost $4400 off of a sale of a small townhome. No way to beat this.
