“Called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for. They did! Showed up about half an hour later, was greeted at the door and helped with what I needed immediately. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, knew EXACTLY what I needed and how to tweak the shoe to fit just right. I'm brand new to Birks so I am super grateful I bought these in person so I ended up with the right size. “I met 2 friends at Chelsea Hall Coffee House and Eatery in Colleyville on Glade Road … the food was very good! We had the mushroom quiche, avocado toast, and chicken salad sandwich which comes with a spinach salad with tomatoes and balsamic dressing. I’d definitely go back for the food!! I’m sure the coffee is great but, I’m not a coffee drinker! My only negative is that a 16oz iced tea is $3 with no refills – I know it’s a “coffee shop and tutoring center” but, it would be nice to have a container of tea out where we “tea total-ers” could get our own refill (tea is so cheap to make) and enjoy the space too.”

“Lots of promises and do not follow through. This is my second mattress and not happy with my mattress or this company. Will never refer to anyone. Be careful and make sure you get all your paperwork and everything signed and in writing. It will cost more money to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee and promised to set the financing to 48 months no interest if paid in full and still not fixed. Be careful. 😡 On 1-4-2021 talked to the District Manager and we were able to come to a conclusion and make things right. I am very happy with the conclusion and the outcome. Great customer service by the District Manager. He will follow through with making the customer happy and I really appreciate the call and concern to make things right for everyone.
