“I went to Texas Health Huguley Hospital for a thyroid biopsy. I was a little nervous before the procedure, but the experience could not have been better! I did not have to wait long (3-5 minutes) before I was back for the procedure, which was also great. During the procedure Dr. Smith put me at ease as he explained everything, made sure I had no further questions and talked to me which helped keep my mind off of the actual procedure . In fact, we were all laughing at a couple of jokes during the procedure! His bedside manner was positive and reassuring. I expected to be at the hospital for at least a couple of hours, but was out within 30 minutes!”

“The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. I was impressed with how everything was sealed to show it was sanitized before our arrival. I was concerned because of a previous review mentioning bed bugs, but it was too late to cancel. I decided I would just do a thorough check before settling in. As soon as we made it to our room, I thoroughly checked the mattress and the furniture and found nothing. The review mentioned having bites not seeing bugs so I’m assuming it was something else. Huge relief. The breakfast was fair. It was still buffet style as usual, but the staff served you instead of you making your own plate. It was on par with most continental breakfast. They also had grab bag options. I’m not sure what those were like because we went with the sit down breakfast. I was impressed with how friendly the staff was considering the extra strain I’m sure they’re under. Everyone had a smile and was genuinely friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we come through.”
