“**update** The Tech had an emergency and had to reschedule after my event. Although I am disappointed I truly hope everything is okay and hopefully I will get to experience the service one day. I’m changing the review from one star to five as I was contacted and the situation was explained. Thank you for the response and information. I booked a appointment and paid in full. I get a text not even 20 minutes later to reschedule. I told them before booking that I have a event to go to. She said that was fine. She cancelled my appointment and that’s it. I’m so shocked that there was no effort to accommodate my appointment. No offer of a different tech. I guess they don’t want my business. Wow!”

“Between my connection flights I went and grabbed some parmesan chicken wings. They were bigger in size than most wings. Tasted fresh and temperature was perfect. The area to order and pick up was quite small so it gets a bit stuffy waiting in line. Service was mediocre and it took a long time to receive my order.”

“I go to this place ones in a while for breakfast on Sundays and it gets pack. expect a 20minutes wait on Sundays around noon. Sometimes ones seated the waitresses forget about you and make you wait, I get it, is rush time and they are busy but I think they can do better than that by cutting the number of tables per server at rush time or something like that. Other than that food has been great so far.”

“Stayed the night here before an early morning flight. Nice being so close to the airport. This hotel was clean. Nicely decorated. Eric, who checked us in was great. He was friendly, made good conversation. He also helped me with my screw up entering the airport. The parking/access ticket system the airport has in place is dumb and confusing. The rooms are nice and clean. I was able to get an allergy free room. They have a air filter in room. They also provide scent free soaps and shampoos. The next morning I noticed I forgot my toothbrush. They had a complementary one with toothpaste at the front desk. They also have shuttles running you to the different terminals to get you there quicker. This hotel is a little more expensive than other hotels, but the conveniences more than make up for it.”

“I had a refreshing wonderful experience with two staff members in particular at this restaurant tonight- GM James and bartender/server Adrian. Being vegetarian, I asked Adrian for entrees that could be made without meat, fish or oyster sauce. She was very responsive and brought over the GM /former head cook James to speak to me about vegetarian options. James was pleasant, attentive and thorough in his questioning of my dietary restrictions. He created a tasty spicy vegetarian fried rice that is by far one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend adding this to the menu as a vegetarian option along with other creative options that James may have in mind!”

“The kindest and most knowledgeable man, Bobby, took time to talk to me while I was deciding whether I had time to stop and eat or not. He graciously sent me to a fabulous and fast server who provided the best meal before my flight. The night became even sweeter when he sent me on my flight with this key lime pie. It’s SO nice to find service and food of this quality. Thank you Pappadeaux. I will return.”
