The staff here is nothing short of incredible and loving, despite the obvious challenge of working with addiction treatment. It is not an easy task and I feel they all do a wonderful job. There is a staff member named Alex, who helped me get through this program and spread positivity, and taught me many lessons that will help me in my recovery process. She is hard-working and incredibly kind. I came into this program, pretty hopeless, and I am glad to say I am leaving with a plan and a purpose. I feel that anybody, struggling with addiction in their life can learn a lot from what this program has to offer through the love and intelligence of the staff and curriculum. I had 2 big couches (one was a fold out bed), a box spring, a mattress, one headboard, queen-size bed frame, and old automobile seats. Alexandria called when they were on their way, and answered any questions/concerns I had regarding room space, hallway access, etc. They gave me an on-site estimate within 10 minutes, and got everything loaded onto their trucks within 15 min. “My husband and I love working with Coach Hicks. Our daughter was with his program starting in the eighth grade and all the way through high school. He was and still is a terrific mentor and coach for her. He instilled in her the true fundamentals of being a track athlete to where she is able to compete and thrive as a walk-on sprinter at the University of Kentucky. In fact the head sprinter coach at UK said she has been one of the best walk-ons he ever coached. She knew how to perform every drill and warm up at UK because Coach Hicks emphasizes those fundamentals.”
