“We went in for a chocolate 🍫 dipped cone... 🍦 but the chocolate wasn't ready .. or maybe the ice-cream wasn't hard enough 🤔 .... either way...we had to wait. They tried with mine...👎 and for the mess.... my brother said no thanks! So that was disappointing 😞 . As I walked 🚶♂️ over to the very cold 🥶 ice-cream cakes case, my shoes 👞 👟 kept sticking to the floor! It was so sticky and loud 👂 🙉. The floor had a visible layer of sticky residue... 👀... very yuck 🤮 ...but everything else appeared clean. 🫧.... geesh, someone please clean the floors !”

“We called on a Monday morning with a leak we didn’t know how to fix in our kitchen faucet. They answered on the first ring and had someone out within an hour. He fixed the problem quickly and even showed us what to do if it occurred again. Charges were even fair and less than expected. We will definitely use them again.”

The maintenance crew always come in a timely manner and they get the work done. The office staff are kind and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and all the amenities are very nice to have. There are a ton of shops very close. I’m thankful for my community and living arrangements.”
