Been with them since 2015! Above and beyond exceptional customer service, I've never even known of banks to go to the links that they have!

The staff here Knows me by name. I really enjoy how fast they work.
I love the Euless location.
They speak Tongan,Urdu and Spanish.

I've been to a few locations for this bank and this one blew me out the water.
I needed a personal loan and they helped me unlike chase who doesn't offer personal loans

I'm glad fcb is my secondary. Definitely recommend. And they pay early huge plus.

I had a horrible experience at BOA. These people came and found me in the aisles. So far ive had a great experience. The staff is so involved. I wish they had independent locations like a drive thru. Overall they treat you like family.
