WHAT A GREAT NUTRITION SHOP!!! I don't know where to start but you definitely feel a warm welcoming when you walk in. If you are anything like me, you want to walk into a clean place and you will definitely experience that here at this nutrition club. The Lit teas are delicious!! So many great flavor options to choose from and I guarantee you will find a flavor to your liking. The owner is dynamic and very helpful! He is extremely knowledgeable and really takes a genuine interest in meeting you, getting to know you and helping educate you about nutrition and fitness. I cannot think of a better support group that will help you reach your goals. THANK ME LATER after you give them a try :)

Kind atmosphere from the second I walked in plus drink was delicious as well as filling! Just what I've been looking for!!

My dad and I happened to flag down a guy in a sweet 67' Nova and were talking to him and another gentleman in the parking and Marlon, whom I presume is the owner, brought us all drinks on the house. They were delicious and healthy. Please stop by and support this local small business. It's extremely hard to find people nowadays that are give without the intention of receiving.
