If there is a problem with washers or dryers, she will replace the "time" from the laundry card, reimbursing wasted $ on non working dryer. Only few non working machines. I go there every other week and it's usually already fixed. Best times to come as soon as they open, after 9-10 am is getting crowded, very busy and popular. Machines are very clean! Love it”

“I have had a unit at U-Stor for many years now. Only one manager there, before the current, ever was disrespectful and put a note on my truck threatening to have it towed. I took the note to the office and told them I was going to move out. Evidentially other customers had similar incidents with this new manager. Less than a week later he was gone. Not sure if I can use names but the current manager has been nothing but fantastic. Always has a smile and something good to say every time we talk. The property is always clean and well maintained. I have recommended this facility to several friends and even a few people I didn’t know, that were looking for a facility, and plan on continuing. Great place to be and even greater people running the place.”
