“Almost bought this exact vehicle at a dealership nearby (who gave me miss information - Toyota Fort Worth) I was pretty much brokenhearted when leaving without the vehicle. I then found this current vehicle online located very close to Toyota Fort Worth where I didn’t have a very positive experience. I called Allen Samuels, and Kyle, my sales associate checked all the vehicle specifications for me while I was on the phone so I didn’t want to trip. He also agreed to stay late to help me since I would get there 30 minutes after closing. He made the purchase seamless, he was friendly and exhibited no pressure on me, which I really liked. What a wonderful experience I wish I had come here first! Because we couldn’t finish everything before the dealership was completely closed he is going to actually deliver the vehicle to me on Monday as well which I find to be another added benefit. I purchased a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee summit. I am in love with the vehicle. This vehicle all has more features then the previous vehicle which was the same year and trim. I feel like I got a better deal than my first stop. I definitely will use Kyle again for my vehicle purchase as well as this dealership”

Well For online orders, it doesn’t give option for ship-to-home for batteries, plus I needed the battery right away. “Christian and his team were great from start to finish. My wife and I just moved into a new home, and needed to have two TVs mounted. I called Texastechs a week or two before actually using them just to chat with them about pricing/availability. Christian took the time to explain all of my options before we got off of the phone. When I called to actually set up the appointment for my first TV, they were able to come out on the same day. Christian came out and mounted the TV and hid all of the wires in under an hour. He was extremely pleasant, and took a look at the second mounting area to make sure everything would go to plan. I plan on calling them in another week or two to mount the second TV (we just have to sort through about 20 boxes first). Thanks for all of your help, Christian and team!”
