“Each type of workout is about 15 to 30-minutes long...the concept of Isometric workout is about 15-minute to 30 min. of High Intensity under high heat. It really helps burn calories. Love this place. Love the fact that I can work out any time (24/7) because I have my own key access. I feel extremely safe because they have cameras everywhere. The owners are really nice too and are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this for those looking for a high intensity workout.”
