I called Texastechs a week or two before actually using them just to chat with them about pricing/availability. Christian took the time to explain all of my options before we got off of the phone. When I called to actually set up the appointment for my first TV, they were able to come out on the same day. Christian came out and mounted the TV and hid all of the wires in under an hour. He was extremely pleasant, and took a look at the second mounting area to make sure everything would go to plan.
