“I was a new patient. The day of my appointment I called several times to try and find the office, because my GPS kept taking me to different places. Nobody would answer the phones, so finally I found them and they did, however, still get me in to see Dr. Moran. I liked Dr. Moran, but his front office staff needs to work on customer service. I have called up there more than 10 times In the past week to get my blood work results and prescriptions. Update: after informing the manager, communication has improved drastically and I’m very happy for that!”

“I have been going Pain Management for several years now. They listened to me (unlike my regular Dr.) and found what has been causing me so much pain! They took the steps needed to ensure I would get relief and fix what could be fixed! They have fought my insurance (and won) on several occasions!! His Staff is amaze balls!! When I walk in, they automatically check me in. They have a sweet smile (even when they are so busy)!! I am so thankful I found these Doctors!! BTW The only time I have heard a customer not be happy is when they want the Dr.'s to do something they won't.. like order more pain meds before you are due!! That is their job and I am proud that they stand by that!!”

“I’ve been lucky to have Dr.Kwaw as my PCP for many years now. He’s been a hospitalist with Texas health since before I was a patient and I couldn’t ask for a more competent and experienced physican. His medical assistance Stephanie and Joyce are amazing. If I have a question they call me back that day, they take care of insurance problems, they call me about lab work and set up virtual appointments. They make me feel like I’m a VIP but they do this for everyone and I can’t imagine how many patients Dr. Kwaw has. Finally, the receptionists are always friendly, professional , and know most of the patients by name.”

During the current pandemic I felt safe due to the cleanliness and processes put in place such as social distancing, mask and identification of rooms requiring cleaning. Beatrice was my nurse who took my blood and collected information. She was very nice and professional. Dr. Meador upon gave the first impression that he is intelligent, attentative as well as empathetic. I would highly recommend!”

“Dr. Bush and his team are knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. My wait wasn’t long in the waiting room and the receptionist was very friendly. Dr. Bush didn’t make me feel rushed to explain my symptoms, he answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the process of facing a knee surgery. “Doctor Conway is the best. I love his new location, especially the smaller office feel. Easy to get in and out, no crowded waiting area. Office staff is upbeat and smiles at you (kind of rare these days). It all feels more personal than the big offices. Of course, most important is Dr. Conway's expertise. He took the time to talk about the latest studies regarding the injury and likely outcomes, all in all we left feeling very informed about our options. Most telling, I have trusted him with the care of 3 of my sons. There is no greater compliment in my book.”
