Our child has been doing taekwondo here for 3+ years and these skills have improved his athleticism and coordination. Staff is excellent-Would recommend Adrenaline to anyone staring out or considering a new gym.

This is an amazing TKD school! It's in a convenient location, clean, the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are great with my 8 yr old son. They also do competitive and competition training. And kids and adults are trained in different classes. Adrian has definitely earned my business! I highly recommend looking to train here!

I highly recommend to take your kids to Adrenaline TaeKwonDo. In my own experience I will not forget the words Master Adrian told me “just give us 6 months and you will see a difference” and yes, we have seen a big change in him with discipline and focus. He loves the challenging workouts and it keeps him physically active. The coaches have my respect they have a lot of patience with kids who have a hard time focusing on instructions.
