“It has been a wild but transforming journey with Mitch as my personal trainer. Some background, on a good day, I am 4 ft 9.5 inches, ~120lbs, 30 yo female. Mitch was extremely flexible in working around my unpredictable schedule especially when I was away for a few months. If I could have been able to stick to my schedule I would be a on American Ninja Warrior by now :) I believe in two months I have worked with him 3x/4x a week, I have succeeded or have gotten extremely close to my goals. Mitch is kind, motivating, understood my fitness goals and implemented great training plans so I could reach them. He is thorough in explaining what muscles and why you are doing the exercises he prescribes. At times that I pushed myself too hard and injured myself he adjusted and accommodated the workout to alleviate further pain. I know for a fact I would not have been able to reach my goals without Mitch and I would truly miss him when I move. If you’re looking for a change in yourself but need the push, Mitch is your guy. It will be the best investment you ever make.”
