“After reading reviews, I was a little skeptical of coming in today. I made an appointment to be seen for an eye exam, but I wasn’t sure what the pricing would be for frames and lenses. The process took a little longer than I had expected, I walked in at 11:20am and didn’t leave until about 1pm, BUT the customer service was awesome, the employees were all very nice, the doctor was very thorough and took her time to make sure it was all correct, and the pricing was so much better than I thought it would be. I walked out after an exam and ordering 2 frames (1 with transition lenses) for only $250 without insurance, which is $100 cheaper than the last place I went to a couple of years ago (and didn’t get transition lenses from). The only thing I wish were faster is the pickup date of the glasses, 2 weeks is quite a while (the last place I used had same-day pickups) but I understand Covid has changed things too so I’m trying to be patient. Crossing fingers they’re here on time or early ?? * UPDATE * My glasses came early and they called to notify me of that. The prescription was correct and they made sure both pairs fit me correctly and tightened one up for me. I am happily satisfied with my experience here!”
