“Although this place is always busy and this place needs major renovation, I truly appreciate the help and services from Jen my physical therapist. I've been coming here since 2021. FIVE stars for my physical therapist Jen because she's very good at what she does, is empathetic, kind, and has helped me a lot. The office manager at the front desk is super cool too. Her name is Jennifer and has a sweet therapy dog named Penelope who cheers all the patients up. I painted Penelope's portrait as a gift to Jennifer and it's in the front office if you visit.”

“I have been a member of this gym off and on for 3 years. I loss 100lbs and put 4 inches across my chest. Results driven gym and it's not for cry babies or fat babies that want to complain. Don't get me wrong I was a fat 260 lbs when I started and yes I bitched and moaned and TJ pushed me and didn't let me give up ... Yeah if you're looking for life change and to get the body you know your deserve then THIS is the gym for you. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and used a bit of humor to get me through it. I really appreciate that, so thank you! “Would like to know where this Dr. Went! He did an amazing job on my fiances back a few years ago... about 2 years ago he was in a horrible Big truck accident and hurt his back again. All the worker's comp drs are a JOKE and just tell him to live with the pain. We called Dr. Henry's office at Texas Spine and the receptionist said he's no longer with them... and she's new... so she has no idea what is going on.”
