“Small, local gym with everything you need for a great workout. The owners are helpful and will take the time to show you all of the equipment. The equipment is cleaned after every workout and the restrooms and changing rooms were in top shape. Yoga studio is really cute and perfect for a small group session with their owner/ certified yoga instructor. They also have snacks and drinks for purchase.”
