“This cathedral is located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, across from the Convention Center. I found out that this Gothic stylef structure was dedicated in 1892 and has been continuously used ever since. When i sat on the cushioned seats before mass, i could not help but become mesmerized by the magnificent altar, vailted ceilng and statues in the back with lighted votive candles. It is what i have envisioned what a cathedral church would be. I did not want to leave but honestly, i was able to quiet my worldly minded self and just able to contemplate a peaceful experience, even for just a few minutes.”

Also, her office is efficient scheduling appointments so I never have to wait long to get in. Once I’m in, Dr Khanna is very thorough but quick. She doesn’t purposely make me wait like so many other doctors are inclined to do. Also, her prices are affordable—in one instance she was half the price of another podiatrist for removing a plantar wart. The price was so high for what seemed to me, a rather simple procedure (I had watched YouTube videos of the same procedure) that it caused me to get a second opinion—that’s how I found her. Now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, ever.”

Erwin at Trio Hair Concepts took time to listen to what I wanted (all one length blunt cut), looked at the haircut pics I brought in, then explained the mechanics and cutting techniques that would work best to achieve that look with the growth patterns of my fine, straight hair. He was meticulous about getting the cut as perfect as possible. I was very happy with the end result and got just what I wanted! I also liked the salon’s calm vibe. “Let me tell a story of the best customer service I've ever received: My boss went to a conference in Fort Worth. When he got there, he realized the little pole that holds up our company banner was missing from his bag. With the conference only 14hrs away, it was too late to ship something, so I started cold calling banner and sign places in the DFW area. After leaving a message with half a dozen places, Brandy called me back from Image 360 and Cockrell. She said they might have something and would immediately get back. They did have something and she did call back. Then she proceeded to tell me her cell number, car make and model, and that she'd hand deliver the pole to the hotel my boss was staying at as soon as she got off work in 30 minutes! Sure enough, she showed up and didn't even charge for the delivery. I've never had such a spectacular above and beyond service experience. Horst Schulze would be proud.”

“Always a treat to come here, for me anyway! I'm retired, so it's never a problem to wait...but you will, because it's always in demand. Online ordering or walk-ins, plan to wait. I don't mind, because I enjoy observing. People standing together waiting for their cookies...can be very entertaining. The place is clean, open, bright, with very high ceilings, but that's just the kitchen area. The waiting area ...not so much, and it gets crowded in there, so prepare yourself for both! Just focus on those samples at the register and you'll be fine. And just breathe in. Fresh baked cookies!!”
