(December 15, 2019, 3:45 pm)Our company chartered Lone Star Coaches for a trip to Dallas/Arlington from the Kilgore area yesterday. Very pleasant experience. Our Driver, Andrew, was an excellent host and obviously takes pride in his job, and does his best to provide his riders with a great experience. Will definitely do this again.
(February 25, 2019, 6:43 pm)I'm giving them a five star based of of the compassion and helpfulness of the driver aiding all the costumers pleasently.......There a delay for Amtrak and he is (as I am currently on the bus ) making stops to let us prepare for a wait and keeping in constant contact with Amtrak and everyone on this bus. On time service is always great but a person in costumer service that makes what could have been unpleasant situation better with their professionalism shows to the company as a whole I haven't had a bad ride or experience with them yet

They walk us step by step through our needs and believe me when you have students on bus there is always something we have to adjust for. I rate them a 5 because this is based on years on service.
