(September 13, 2020, 4:22 pm)I have used the All Storage Lakeridge location a couple of times and have always referred business to them in the area. Staff was always friendly and helpful which only added to feeling safe storing my ‘stuff’ in a clean and safe facility. I highly recommend the climate controlled rooms if it’s in your budget as it is highly recommended!

Other than that...
There are no curtesy carts for unloading items out of car, on to elevators, and up to second floor. This is most disappointing especially after a long drive from Washington state. To me, no carts takes away from the message that you are trying to get out of being a upscale storage facility. Also you mentioned that it’s climate controlled , I felt that it was pretty warm in the building for it to be a climate control building. I’m not exactly sure how I will be getting my stuff back downstairs when I’m ready to move out, but hopefully by then you’ll have some carts. I was very shocked that you did not.
