We've really enjoyed living at 27 Atlantic! The apartments are great - bright, clean, lots of big windows and natural light. The gym upstairs is nice and super convenient, and the building is maintained well.

Maintenance is quick to answer questions + requests and Concierge is always on the move taking care of things - it's always a good experience working with them. They clearly work very hard and are extremely friendly and responsive. They go above and beyond to make sure that the building is kept up and always looks great. Kathy does a superb job running the show. We’ll be back in 40 years!

What a great place to live. We recently downsized and weren’t sure what we wanted to do and contacted 27 Atlantic. From the initial contact with Karen, we knew this is really where our dogs and us were meant to be. We have made so many new friends, enjoyed the monthly socials they have and enjoy visiting the expansive gym. The rooftop deck is simply amazing. It has everything you could ever want on top of the amazing view of the Atlantic ocean. I couldn’t recommend it any higher. Please come check it out. You won’t be sorry. Sunsets are free!

My boyfriend was sent to VB for a year and needed a place to stay. I came out to help him find suitable lodging. After 4 straight days of hunting, we finally settled on this complex. The apts are smaller than some of the others we looked at, but the common areas are clean, we know where we will be parking when we come home, and ... ya can't beat the location. 😍 After spending a couple of weeks here, the place is so lovely, I decided to extend my stay for a few months.

We have been here two months now and have found the staff to be friendly, and helpful. We love going to the gym first thing in the morning without really having to leave home. Before we bought a coffee maker, my boyfriend would stop on the second floor where they have a Keurig for the guests. While my boyfriend is at work, I can step outside and enjoy the beach, the boardwalk, ride my bike, or just go to the rooftop and relax in one of the wading pool chairs. The common room is a great place to watch sports with, or without your neighbors, the game room has billiards, pingpong, a poker table, and 4 tvs to watch whatever you'd like. Not to mention a balcony you can sit and enjoy a snack on while people, or wave, watching. So far, from the comfort of our own apt we have seen the Shriners parade, listened to funk festival, and watched the Blue Angels. They also offer at least one social event for the complex a month.

Not only do I feel safe here, the location is fantastic! 🌊🏖️🍕⛳🎵🚲🏄🛼🛹🌅 🍻

I want to add that I noticed a review that said this place was not military friendly. That is absolutely not true. I have seen many military personnel from different branches coming/going, in the elevators/gym/etc....

Finding a new apartment sight-unseen from another state is stressful, but the staff at 27 Atlantic have done an incredible job from beginning to end in helping me get situated. I have absolutely zero regrets or complaints since moving in. The view from your apartment is unbelievable (if you weren't a morning person before, you will now find yourself waking up at 6am just to catch the sunrise..) and the amenities are amazing. Not to mention being surrounded by the beach lifestyle- always somewhere to hang out or things to do. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to live! You could not find a better location in Virginia Beach. Brand new apartments with amazing views, modern amenities, and great community events.
