The maintenance is great, the location is great, but please know if you expect any type of communication or customer service this is not the place to go. Definitely reconsider if you’re the type of person that dislikes reaching out 3-4 times about the same thing or if you have a full time job that makes it hard for you to show up at the office because they will not answer the phone and they will not respond to emails. They also have a high turnover rate, when you actually do make it into the office, they will not know how to answer any of your questions. 04/5/22 UPDATE: My review has always been a 2 star review (would have been 1, but the maintenance crew here is ELETE- every problem I have is addressed next day and w/o issues), but since they’ve switched a few office employees out, I’ve noticed a significant change. In the past, I I’d leave messages/emails regarding the same concern 3-4 times with no prevail until I went in person to the office. It’s difficult while maintaining a 65 hr work week. I love living here now! Things I enjoy most: - They have begun answering the phone and responding to emails promptly and efficiently. - The greenery has been upgraded so there’s a lot more beauty when I walk outside. - There is no longer large amounts of trash/feces outside. I went from a disgruntled tenant that would never invite over friends to seeing my best friend move in down the way after I suggested this place to her. (She enjoys it too!) I just signed my 3rd lease here and I plan to go another.”

“The black lady on Drive-thru was very nice and understanding when I asked her for fresh fries even though we got there close to closing time. I don’t know if she was the manager or the assistant manager. However she provided great customer service. And food tasted freshly made.”
