“Went great! We’d had some store credit dating back to 2011 and were worried that over time, it had somehow expired. But in no time at all Rusty and Billy found it in their files, honored it and we had new flooring in less than an hour! Rusty and Billy were very helpful and we were impressed with their virus protection steps. My wife and I installed most of the floor on Saturday and a couple of more complicated pieces on Sunday and moved furniture back in that afternoon. We’d picked a floating vinyl and think we want to use that now in a rental property. Neat stuff. Appreciate all their help!”
