    I added an insurance with my purchase and 8 months after my rim got broke again. I contacted them and Clif was super professional and kind. To be honestly I was not expecting that much attention and that was an amazing surprise. Clif deserves the best review ever! He helped me right away and did not take more than a week to get my new rim.

    Very good company. They were a big help, easy to deal with and deal with claims. Very pleased with this company and would use them over and over again for any product I buy and offers warranty. Dealt with a gentleman named cliff and he was a great help and very quick with response!! Highly recommend them

    Oct 1st is when I wrote this review >>> I am really disappointed with this company. I haven’t had any problems since I purchased my bumper to bumper extended warranty but once I needed them they said it is not covered by us since it’s emissions coverage. My dealer said it is not emissions otherwise they would have covered it since I still have that coverage as well. Basically I was lied to and I highly encourage you to look for a different company before going with this one. Really disappointed... 2/5 stars.

    Oct 15th is when I decided to update this review >>> I am honestly impressed with the service I received from ONE person in this company and his name is Ken Walton. He really went above and beyond what I expected and I respect people like that. People who decide to take an extra step and post a review tend to either be really happy or really upset about their service/product. I am going to skip through that and just say the truth. I appreciate everything that Ken has done yet it still is sad that it is one person who is actually working on customer satisfaction. I called 3 different times and talked to three different people every time and they still failed to provide me the service I deserved. That is why I gave it 4/5 stars. Why does it have to get to this extent? Why do I have to go through the frustration of whether my warranty will cover this or not? Yes he has resolved the issue but, again, why is it just him who I felt like he actually cared about the customer? I respect you, Ken, and that's the service I expected. Thanks for being an example to learn from. I personally am about to graduate with my MBA degree and I admit that I have learned from this experience and how much this guy cares about his brand and its reputation. You nailed it! I have to make sure and get back to those people who I talked to about how my initial experience was and update them about this. Viral marketing is a very powerful method and I have to make sure I say the right thing about this company and my experience. Overall, thanks for your professionalism and I appreciate you understanding that u can't replace a unique customer service experience.

    Ken Walton deserves a Star Award for the way he assisted me with my extended warranty. I had a transmission issue and the Dealership never told me I had options and then tried to charge me $7,000. Once I found the warranty I purchased - I called on a Saturday and spoke with Ken. He went above and beyond explaining what was covered. After getting my truck fixed he also followed up to make sure it was 100%. I am glad I purchased the extended warranty on my truck from them. Ken you put the C in Customer Service..

    Outstanding customer service from Ken. Answered all my questions and was thorough and efficient! Glad he was the rep helping me today, he made everything I needed to get done easier to accomplish!! Thank you!
