Esparza's Restaurante Mexicano

This is my favorite place to eat Mexican food now. I went for the first time yesterday evening and the Margaritas are great and the food is phenomenal. I got the Enchilada Especial minus the mushrooms and it was so good that I tried my hardest to eat every bit of it but couldn't. Our server was so nice and attentive and the atmosphere was very comfortable. This place was so good that we thanked the manager and not the other way around. You have to go check it out. It was great!

I'm not certain, but I believe the tips are pooled! I used to wait tables way back in the day, and until today, I had never thought this was a good idea. We were waited on by every employee in this place like each one would receive all the gratuity from our table. The food was delicious! The patio, restrooms and restaurant, overall, were spotless. The prices are a bit high, but this may be a result of the covid-19 pandemic. (Not including my tip, my lunch bill was just under $13. I got one of the lunch specials, I drank water and I ordered a side of onions for an almost one dollar charge.) Nevertheless, I was not disappointed. If they don't pool thief tips, I'd love to know their secret in providing top-notch service.
