(December 21, 2017, 3:18 pm)I was stranded on my balcony on the third floor with my grandson. Within minutes of being called, the ladder truck was there, and when interior entry to my unit was impossible, they raised the ladder, climbed up to help my grandson down and then did the same for me. So caring and careful with us, and no one laughed at us!! Friendly and cheerful, and it was getting cold up there! I am beyond grateful and I know now to fix the lock that locked us out!
