(June 21, 2019, 12:23 am)Allen W. was amazing!!! He was responsive, professional, and courteous. He kept me abreast of every stage of the process from beginning to end. There was a parts shortage and Allen kept me informed throughout the entire process. I thought I'd receive my vehicle back a lot sooner than I did, but the delay was not necessarily due to DFW Collision Centers (Grapevine). Allen was absolutely great to work with! He ensured I had the latest status and kept in constant touch. And in the end Allen took the time to explain the final bill with me. He walked me thru every aspect of the comprehensive repair this winning team had done. So far so good! My car is running very well. Special Thanks to DFW Collision for your hard work and expertise. I hope to never require your services again but if I do, I know who to call and where to come!
(July 25, 2017, 4:47 pm)Was unable to get State Farm to do the work at DFW Collision Centers, but I spoke to 3 different representatives at DFW Collision and they were more helpful than anyone else I have spoken to all day. While State Farm has failed to follow up and do the work of coordinating the claim, DFW Collision has been helpful and attentive - even though they aren't even going to get the work. Top shelf service at the first point of contact. Well done.
