the level of disrespect for me! I wrote them a check for the body work of my vehicle with the funds being verified. He tells me that he’s gonna hold my vehicle until the check clears keep in mind the funds have been verified from my bank to his bank. When one of the mangers there told me he let a 3000 check slide right through didn’t check it or anything. I have a problem with that. Was it because I was black!
Well I will not be going back to them and will never refer my Mercedes Team to them ever! I explained to them I was grieving from the lost of my husband and that this was extra stress. They looked over and talked over me and raised his voice at me will never do business with them ever again!!!!
