But appearance-wise it looks a lot nicer than I expected of a used product and the display turned on when I inserted a a pair of batteries into the unit. So am highly satisfied with the price and the product.

They had the exact model I needed for half price of other vendors. I was able to pass by the contractors price and installation charge of several hundred dollars. I live in the Pacific Northwest among Redwood tree and still waiting for summer so my house was very cold. Value Controls shipped immediately and in 3 days I was back in business.
