“I was trying to get a retainer but he had me try wearing my night guard all the time for 6 weeks with a follow-up visit. It was hard for me to wear it at my Precepts Bible Study and when practicing or singing in my Church Choir. The ortho decided since my night guard came from my regular dentist I should have he make the retainer to made sure the retainer and night guard work well together. I enjoyed both the appointments at this clinic.”

It's been years since I last saw a dentist and as part of the process for identifying who I would go to, Vineyard Dental met and exceeded my standards and expectations from the very beginning. Sydney (found out later is the office manager) answered all of my questions over the phone and followed-up promptly with those she could not at the moment. Then she was great with helping me finish paperwork, etc. in person. The hygienist that worked on me was Carrie, and she is outstanding at it! Yes, I have actually loved seeing the dentist since I can remember, so it was great to be taken care of properly, quickly, and with latest and greatest tech & techniques. Plus, you know your hygienist is awesomely good when she can handle someone who loves to talk, joke, and laugh nonstop while your mouth is being worked on. Being cavity free and with an excellent cleaning, my experience with Dr. Perez was limited to a personal greeting, reviewing/re-capping with me the notes Carrie took, asking me if I had any additional questions, and sending me on my way until next time in 6-months; the way it should be for a typical visit. As for today's current state of things, everyone I saw followed safety precautions, with the actual back dental workers wearing double masks, of two different types, to really stay extra safe with risk mitigation both ways.”

“My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dodson and his staff for over 15 years. I grew up in Grapevine, and my husband and I now live in East Dallas. Even though it's a 45-minute drive for me to get to Dr. Dodson's office there's nowhere else I would rather go. We started going to Dr. Dodson because my sister had a veneer that came off on a Saturday morning. Our dentist at the time couldn't get her in until The following Tuesday. We called and left a message at Dr. Dodson's office, and without us being a current patient he met her that day and fixed her tooth. After that day we all became patients here. Each member of my family has had to have a veneer or implant put in by Dr. Dodson and his team. The attention to detail that he and his staff provide is unmatched. From seeing Cindy when you walk in and her asking you questions about your family and knowing them by name, to seeing Kathy and the same being true all the way to Dr. Dodson there's nowhere else, I'd trust my dental care with. If you're looking to make a switch or you're new to the area, you will not be let down by making a trip to the office. It will be a great experience!”
