I had emailed Danielle Underwood with the vitals of the new car and the policy I wanted. She responded quickly with an answer but I had to call her for clarification. Once she understood my needs, she was able to add the car, beat everyone's rate, and inform me of options to save even more $$$. She then took time to introduce me to Agents Jocelyn and Michael. They both stopped what they were doing to come talk to me and what a nice Team! Toured their new offices and was made so comfortable. Never thought I would be so impressed with an insurance experience. These guys have it together, (especially Danielle), with the utmost professionalism and the custom's needs at the forefront.”

They gave us suggestions on exactly what to get, we paid over the phone, and they had it sitting outside for us right when we got there 20 minutes later. They were also very thorough with recommendations, but not at all pushy. *Note, the sign is small, but it is located as listed here. The door is in the "middle" of the strip, but perpendicular to the parking lot.”

“This facility is truly an answer to prayers! I toured several memory care facilities but when I toured Grand Brook it felt like home for my mother. I like that the facility is only memory care makes if feel more like home. The caregivers and staff are great! They offer daily activities to keep residents engaged. I was so concerned my mother would have some difficulty acclimating to her new home but to my surprise she did extremely well. I contribute this to the caregivers and staff. I would highly recommend anyone searching for a memory care facility for their loved one to visit Grand Brook Memory Care.”

“Stopped in to get some information to see if they offer moving services with actual moving help. They do but its 3rd party vendors that I can choose from a list after going to a website. I am sure its just as easy to find any moving company via Google. Also needed to buy moving boxes and tape but honestly the same type boxes are significantly cheaper at Walmart. I am giving 5 stars because the guys working here were super friendly and very helpful. This location also has a large storage facility where you can rent space.”

“I had never been to a chiropractor until I started feeling pain on my right knee. I was treated by both Dr. Sunny and Dr. Lee. Dr. Sunny treated my knee with acupuncture and walked me through what the treatment would entail. Dr lee was also a great help through my chiropractic treatment as he adjusted my knee as needed. I could see improvement after the first treatment! They both took really great care of me and created a safe, clean, first time experience.”

“A decent place to stop for late night essentials— if it’s on your route. Gas prices seem to be equivalent to the surrounding area. Four stars instead of five due to the fact that many items are not marked with pricing; ultimately the price is up to the cashier, as I’ve had the same items entered as $1.99, $2.99, and an attempted $3.49. This would usually bring a worse review in and of itself, but there hasn’t been an issue when mentioning it. I also have yet to be treated with disrespect, and the fact that I commute overnight and ultimately stop in such places during odd-hours has afforded me a number of instances where I’ve been treated like an outright criminal simply for existing at 4:00AM. Not a issue here.”
