“The shrimp pictured had less taste than the butter I piled them in for this picture. I've never had a bad experience at Pappadeux's before today, but I'll avoid this location ongoing. Wife's food order was changed by the manager since the crab cake wasn't available after waiting an hour. Then my food arrived 15 minutes after I flagged our server down. We were there 1:45 and nobody cared or said anything as we sat there waiting. It wasn't busy, but just poor everything.”

“Dr. Graves is a thorough and extremely caring Doctor. He has treated several of my family members and our level of care has been excellent. My elderly father has been been treated for prostrate cancer and kidney stones in an exemplary fashion. We appreciate his keen knowledge of medicine. Dr. Graves is so thorough he has seen serious medical conditions, not in his field of Urology, and directed my Dad to the proper Specialist appropriate for my Dad's condition . I know he has saved my Dad's life. Dr. Graves has always taken his time to explain and to make sure my Dad understands each diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Graves is also my sister and my doctor. He has always taken such care of us. He has been our Dr. since 1990. I was 7 months pregnant and had a kidney stone. I'm protective of my family and always refer them to Dr. Graves. My family completely trusts him. He treats our medical issues, mind and spirit. In one word; excellence.”

“I am just finishing up my 2nd visit at this practice for similar procedures in the last 7 years and I am extremely grateful to have had the best doctors (Thomas Purggett and Cristina Cueto) offering the best overall service that I could ever hope for. More recently my PCP doctor asked me if I had a preference for surgery and without batting an eye I told him I'd like a referral to this practice. I was assigned to Dr. Cueto and once again (just as the 1st visit in 2016 with Dr. Purggett) a stellar performance by the office staff, Dr. Cueto and her Medical Assistant Lourdes as I was kept very well informed throughout the ordeal and everyone I met took the time to answer extra questions of mine, even though I've now been through this kind of surgery 3 times total. Dr. Cueto's exceptional attention to detail, my comfort and keeping me informed about the procedure both pre and post op were outstanding and this conveys a welcomed relief to someone like me thats always a little nervous about surgery. She is a very kind person that took some extra time to converse with me about my situation and such a joy in this day and age to have a doctor that DOES actually care about your personal well being. I wish this surgical practice was a national treasure (as it should already be) simply from the exceptional care and concern I've received twice now, but at the very least this is a highly polished/smooth as floating water and well presented practice that I can recommend to anyone desiring the best surgical doctors, staff, and personal care. Together these medical professionals have returned some of my missing life back to me and have given me an ongoing sense of hope so long as I do my part. MANY thanks to all of you once again.!!”

“First time trying In-N-Out and it’s worth the hype. The grapevine Texas location was very clean, friendly and made you feel welcome. As someone coming all the way from Tampa FL, it beat our standards beyond. The food was delicious and I can see why in-n-out is picky about their locations and don’t franchise. If it is your first time make sure you get animal style fries and even an animal style double double cheeseburger. Their shakes are amazing too and recommend the strawberry one. Wonderful experience and would come again.”
