(December 23, 2018, 6:48 pm)Ive lived here for almost 2 years and have very minor issues with Avondale. So far I love these apartments for the most part aside from the gates and not water going in and out. I love the cares team, Stefanie is very helpful in reaching out and communicating. Jennifer is a great site manager and Charles is nice as well. These are the folks I typically deal with 😊Maintenance come out almost right away when you have a request that needs attention. The one thing I really like about these apartments is that the cares team like to throw little holiday parties and events to get the other bellmar apartments together so people can meet and greet. ❣️❣️❣️
