I especially appreciate him in that he does not ask to see the insurance company’s paperwork (Eagle View) before writing up his estimate. Paul also did a follow up visit to ensure we were satisfied. “We had a roofer knock on our door, as they were doing roof repair in the area. They told us we had hail damage, and wanted us to contract with them and a public adjuster and start the process of filing a claim. The roof is only a couple of years old, so I called Lifetime, as I know of churches that have used Lifetime and had a great experience. Tim Dobson came out and inspected our roof. Turns out, there's no need to do any repairs, and he certainly didn't recommend filing a claim. He assured us that our roof was in great shape. Lifetime saved us from making very costly, and very unnecessary repairs. They've earned my trust, that's for sure!”
