(November 8, 2019, 12:58 pm)I highly recommend Networth Realty for your one stop shop for selling your house even if it's not paid off. We were a little hesitant about selling our house in as-is condition to a company because nearly all of them had negative reviews. We just closed with Networth Realty. They handled everything from start to finish and closed at the price they initially said they would and even closed 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
(July 5, 2019, 8:38 pm)Chris Viloria is great at finding properties on the outskirts of the metroplex. I gave him criteria that I am looking for and the budget I am sticking to. He pulls up properties that nobody else can find.
(June 24, 2019, 11:15 am)The buyers were terrific. Mark Smithey is a true professional. The whole process was quick and efficient. I didn’t want to spend the time and money it would have taken to rehab the property and Mark made me a very fair offer and closed quickly.
