Freeman Toyota

As usual, I was greeted as I pulled into the service drive for my 2021 Avalon Limited Hybrid service appointment.
Desmond explained what all was going to be accomplished and kept me updated on its progress.
The waiting area is comfortable and large so folks can spread out.
When the service was completed Desmond went over all that was accomplished.
I especially appreciate the car wash!

I decided to try Freeman after not so great experience at another dealership closer to my house. I was impressed at the ease of scheduling, how I was greeted, and the wait was not bad at all. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection check. It took a little less than an hour. My porter and advisor were very courteous and easy to work with throughout the experience. It was also great to get into my washed vehicle to go home as well. The other dealership service department stopped doing this. I am so glad that I made this switch!

We have continued to have great service after purchasing three vehicles through Freeman Toyota. We are always treated professionally and fairly. We had a service issue with our Highlander, took it to the dealership, worked with our Service Consultant Santos Flores, and had our vehicle fully repaired under warranty. Any time we start thinking about purchasing another vehicle, we go to Freeman first!

I love Freeman Toyota - have bought many of my cars from them! They have great prices and excellent service. I have all my service done with them as well - they do it right and go the extra mile with me to help or answer any questions! Tim F in service takes care of me every time!

I've been taking my 2012 Toyota Avalon to Freeman Toyota for several years and have found them to be courteous, capable, and reliable. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable and their service is professional. I like Freeman's good service . . . and so does my car. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
