Cassidy Spilker is the absolute best! I have never seen or heard of any realtor that works as hard as Cassidy. We spoke to and were shown homes by a couple of realtors with other companies before her. When we met with Cassidy and she showed us a few homes we were interested in we were impressed from the start. She does her research including talking to the selling agency prior to viewing so she had the answers to all of our questions and knew alot about each home. She made a folder for us with information on the homes we were viewing and a place to make notes on the homes we viewed(we looked at many over a couple meetings). I feel the other realtors didn't have much to offer other than the ability to turn the key and give access to the home. Once she gets an idea of what you are looking for she can find you homes that are exactly what you are looking for. She sent the available homes that met our needs to us online making it so much easier than just searching ourselves online. I chose the homes I wanted to see and she mapped out our viewing schedule each time. Making it super fun and stress free all we had to do was show up. I actually showed her a home I was in love with but it was not for sale but for rent while we were out looking at homes. Although she was already willing to contact the owners on our behalf about selling the home instead of renting, she did even better. She found us a home for sale with the exact floor plan in a better area! She truly goes above and beyond. Cassidy was extremely knowledgeable and available day or night. She fought hard for my dream home even when I felt it wasn't possible and wanted to give up. She is well respected in the area and can get you connected with any one needed during your home buying process. This was such a relief for us as first time homebuyers. We have friends and family extremely impressed with her work ethic in comparison to their home purchase experiences with other companies. They will be using her to purchase or sell their next home. She does more than just show you homes. She works hard and is available day and night so you do not have to. She is an excellent negotiator and got us not only the closing cost covered we wanted but additional repairs I didn't know were possible. She went above and beyond knowing how much this home meant to us. I have followed her on her Facebook page so I know we are not an isolated case. She is passionate about what she does and goes above and beyond for all of her clients. She's got a great personality and she's super funny which makes it even more fun to be around her and communicate with her. If she didn't answer our call which was rare she called us right back. She was also available by quick email or text even past usual 8-6 business hour of others which was great for us and our busy schedule. No question or concern was ever to silly or much. She's what we will miss most about the buying process now that we are in our new home. She has become like family. She also surprised us with the sweetest welcome home gifts on closing day. If you are looking for a realtor who knows her stuff, a great guide, excellent communicator, hard working, fantastic negotiator, maintains a good relationship with others in the industry, extremely organized, funny, and quick. Cassidy is the Realtor for you. She's definitely our realtor Buy or sale for life! They don't just sell houses here. They help you find your home .

Simply Amazing! Perpetual Realty has done it again! I am writing this review while sitting in the home of my dreams thanks to the amazing expertise of Justin and his team. Perpetual Realty has helped me with the purchase of 2 homes, the sale of one and every transaction has been a 5 star experience. With their guidance, I purchased an investment property in 2016 which they just helped me sell for a large profit. With the earnings and their skill, they helped me find and purchase my dream house. During the sale and purchase when things started to get hectic with the other realtors Perpetual Realty took the reigns and MADE IT HAPPEN! I don't know what the turnout would have been without them!
