(December 19, 2022, 3:37 pm)I usually don't have an issue here, but today was something else. I waited for 15 minutes in store for a mobile order that I placed 10 minutes prior to arrival. I understand they were understaffed and busy around that 2pm hour, however, my order was placed in the wrong area, and after I finally asked where my order was, I was handed a melted Frappuccino. Not happy.
