He took the time to walk me through all the steps of completing my claim, and made sure I understood the next steps. We definitely will shop here again for any and all of our mobile device needs.

(February 5, 2021, 6:13 pm)Brandon went above and beyond with helping me transition from one operating system to another when I upgraded my phone. The store was busy and he was helping the other employees as well and he stayed positive and patient with everyone and I never felt like he wasn’t putting me first as the customer. I had a great experience and I’m sending my friend from Colleyville to his store since she is getting a new phone soon. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
