Just try it! I’ve tried ample gyms and this has become a quick favorite. I am someone who builds muscle quickly. I usually end up with bulky muscles. Barre focuses on long lean muscle work. It helps build toned, lean muscles without bulking up! After 2mo, even my husband noted I look more toned. The drawback is the price as most boutique gyms are expensive. This is the first boutique gym that has kept me motivated to keep coming back! If you’re on the fence, go for it. It’s an investment in you and in your health. Motivating, energizing, addicting!

A variety of classes from low impact to high energy (weights too!), motivating and knowledgeable instructors, and the community is so friendly and inviting—I love Pure Barre Keller!
